SAFARI BOOKING PROCESS
To initiate the safari booking process, start by expressing your interest after reviewing our guide and trip samples. Share your preferences, such as package type (ready or tailor-made), preferred dates, and group size.
We’ll engage in consultations through direct messaging, calls, or emails to refine your safari plan. We’ll explore different variations and recommendations until we arrive at your desired itinerary.
Once we establish your preferred plan, we’ll check availability for lodging accommodations. If everything aligns, we’ll make provisional reservations. In case of unavailability, alternative options will be presented for your approval before finalizing reservations.
Following the confirmation of your itinerary, you will have to pay a 30% deposit to reserve your tour. You can make a BANK TRANSFER (10% surcharge) or you can do online payment using Credit Card (3.5% surcharge). Then the remaining balance can be paid in USD, EUROS or GBP cash upon arrival or can also be paid through Bank Transfer or online payment method but this should be done within a month before the safari.
Upon receiving and confirming your deposit, we’ll send you a booking confirmation, securing your reservation for the safari adventure.
